Official Visa Websites
Beware:
There are many "copycat" websites that look official but charge double or triple the actual price.
Since late 2025, Indonesia has moved toward an integrated system called "All Indonesia," (see last site mentioned) which is meant to combine several forms into one, but travelers still often need to visit specific departmental sites for payments like the Bali Tourist Tax.
Here are all of the websites that you are likely to need. Only use these official sitescr

Chika’s "Anti-Scam" Tips
Check the URL: Official Indonesian government sites always end in .go.id. If it ends in .com, .net, or .org, it is a private agency charging a service fee.
Passport Validity: Your passport must have at least 6 months validity left. I've seen many travellers turned away at the boarding gate for this!
Screenshoot Everything: Wi-Fi at the airport can be spotty. Save your Visa, Health Pass, and Customs QR codes to your phone’s photo gallery before you fly.
🚨 Don't Panic:
What to do if your Visa is delayed
It’s 48 hours before your flight and your e-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) hasn't hit your inbox. Take a deep breath! Chika has a plan for you:
1. Check the "Spam" and "Promotions" Folders
It sounds simple, but the automated emails from noreply@imigrasi.go.id are notorious for being flagged as spam by Gmail and Outlook. Search your mail for "Imigrasi" or "Molina."
2. Log Back Into the Portal
Don’t wait for the email. Go back to evisa.imigrasi.go.id, log in with your credentials, and go to "My Applications." Often, the status will say "Approved" and you can download the PDF directly from the dashboard even if the email never arrived.
3. The "Manual" Safety Net (The VoA)
If your electronic visa is stuck in "Processing" and you have to leave for the airport: Don't worry.
You can still fly!
When you land at Denpasar (DPS), simply go to the "Visa on Arrival" counter before you reach the immigration desks.
You can pay the IDR 500,000 in cash or by credit card right there.
Note: The only downside is you have to queue for 10-15 minutes, whereas e-VOA users go through the fast-track gates.
4. Check Your Payment Status
If you used a credit card and the payment failed, the application won't process. Ensure your bank hasn't flagged the transaction as "Fraud" (it’s a common issue with Indonesian government gateways). If it failed, just pay at the airport when you arrive.
🦎 Chika’s Pro-Tip: "If you end up getting the Visa at the airport manually, you must extend it in person at the Jimbaran or Renon immigration office if you stay longer than 30 days. The e-VOA is the only one you can extend with a single click on your phone!"
